The actual cost of shipping is shown in the checkout. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden.

Customs fees

  • UK shipping - Custom fees will not apply (DDP).
  • CANADA shipping - Customs fees will apply (DDU). Please note that applicable duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the total price and will be calculated and charged upon delivery of your order.
  • US shipping - Customs fees will apply (DDU). Please note that applicable duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the total price and will be calculated and charged upon delivery of your order. (*US exceptions - If your order contains only one/or more of the following products, customs fees will not apply (DDP), as they are sent within the US - Megafluff/Midifluff/Fluffy Pillow).


Shipping with: DHL - Service point
Fast and safe parcell service to access point. In the checkout you can choose an Access Point that is near your zip code. You will get notifications when the parcell is ready to pick up via SMS and/or e-mail. You will need to show your ID or use BankID in order to collect your parcell.

Shipping with: UPS - Home delivery
All orders shipped with UPS require a signature upon delivery. UPS usually operates between 9am—6pm on business days. If you expect yourself to be elsewhere – e.g. at work – please specify the alternate daytime delivery address when ordering. For deliveries to residential addresses, UPS can allocate parcels to your closest UPS Pickup Point if the first delivery attempt fails. Please note that it is not a guarantee due to one of the following possible reasons: (1) there is no UPS Access Point close to your address; (2) UPS can’t access your mailbox to deliver your notice letter (at check-out, please make sure to enter your entrance code in order for UPS to access your mailbox); (3) the UPS Access Point has no store capacity. Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.

Shipping Within Sweden

Shipping with: DHL - Service point
Fast and safe parcell service to access point within Sweden. In the checkout you can choose an Access Point that is near your zip code. You will get notifications when the parcell is ready to pick up via SMS and/or e-mail. You will need to show your ID or use BankID in order to collect your parcell.

Shipping with: Budbee - Home delivery
You will choose which date/time interval the delivery should take place in the Budbee app. The delivery will be to your door. Budbee notifies you before delivery via SMS and in the Budbee app.

Shipping with: Budbee - Box delivery
The delivery will be to your chosen/nearest Budbee delivery box. Budbee notifies you when the parcel is ready for pick up via SMS and in the Budbee app.

International EU shipping

  • UPS - Home Delivery - approx. 5-7 business days.
  • DHL - Service Point - approx. 7-10 business days.

International UK shipping

Shipping within Sweden

Self Pick Up

We offer our Swedish customers the chance to collect their orders from our warehouse or Showroom, and our Norwegian and German customers to pick up their orders from our Showroom. Please select delivery alternative "Self pickup: Warehouse" or "Self pickup: Showroom" when placing your order.

Self pick up - Sweden

  • Address to our warehouse - Future Mobility, Dåntorpsvägen 30, 136 50 Jordbro, Sweden.
    You will receive a text message when your order is ready for pick up, where you will be able to book a pick up slot.
